Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
PRODUCT RETURNS: Trophy Treestands, Inc. will authorize returns on unopened products within 15 days of purchase. Customer will need a Return Authorization Number (provided by Trophy Treestands) to return this product. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees with insurance. Once product is received and processed, customer will receive a refund less the original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
PRODUCT DAMAGES: If you receive a damaged delivery, please don't accept the delivery or call Trophy Treestands immediately to discuss your shipping damages. We will process your damaged claim with the shipping company and work to complete your shipment needs.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. Trophy Treestands guarantees your product to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will provide you replacement parts or replacement products at Trophy's discretion.
Customer is responsible for any shipping or any returns/exchanges with the sole exception of manufacturer defect or the wrong item being received.
We will not accept returns on modified or altered merchandise even in the case of a manufacturer defect.
